OpenEye is seeking an Operations Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate with exceptional customer service.
Job Summary
As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for processing customer orders in an expedited manner. This position involves data entry, customer service, maintaining spreadsheets, creating reports, and processing product returns.
Role and Responsibilities
- Receives and confirms customer orders.
- Communicates order status and address customer concerns.
- Creates sales orders, work orders, and product serial numbers.
- Maintains communication with the Inventory and Production Department on order status.
- Creates and maintains product stock levels for order expedition.
- Updates and maintains Product Work Order templates.
- Receives, approves and processes customer RMA documents from the Support Team.
- Works on projects as assigned by the Chief Operations Officer.
- Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or a General Education Degree
- Minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training required, including knowledge of SAGE/MAS software
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of purchase order systems
- Good time management skills

- The pay range for this opportunity is $19.00 - $22.00 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
