Office Manager (m/f/x)
Your Mission:
Your Mission: As an Office Manager you will play a key role in creating a world-class workplace experience for our employees, managing our office facilities foster employee engagement and offer administrative support. In this role you will be part of the People team reporting into the People Operations Manager.
- You are in charge of the whole facility management, overseeing the office space, including cleaning, maintenance, and security.
- You manage relationships with vendors, such as office supply suppliers, cleaning services and property management
- You look after ordering office supplies and food and beverages
- Workplace safety and security: Develop and implement safety procedures and office eco-friendly policies, train employees on safety protocols.
- You provide general administrative support such as managing company correspondence and inbox, provide general support to visitors

Who you are:
You have a passion for creating an environment where everyone feels welcomed and inspired to do their best work. You are highly organized and structured and love to get things done in the most efficient way. While you value processes and order you care most about the impact your work has on the people around you.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in workplace / office management or a related field
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in German and English
