This Public Health Nurse 1/2 position may be hired at the 1 or 2 level. The Public Health Nurse 1/2 will work in partnership with individuals, communities, groups, organizations and systems on the core functions and essential services of the Section of Public Health Nursing.
The Public Health Nurse (PHN) 1 is an entry level position in the public health nursing practice learning and providing individual/family, community and systems-based public health nursing services.
The Public Health Nurse (PHN) 2 will work independently in providing comprehensive individual/family, community and systems-based public health nursing services.
