Description
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for sales, revenue, growing a book of business, and building rapport with account holders- current and prospective. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work closely with each client to customize a range of multimedia products and solutions tailored to their industry-specific needs. Your role involves conducting strategic consultations to identify the most effective offerings. Additionally, you will focus on reaching out to small businesses, offering cost-effective marketing packages that leverage our product line to help clients meet their advertising goals.
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with prospective customers.
- Identifies "Small Businesses" in market with the intention of relationship building and establishing rapport
- Engages with potential clients and delivers presentations through various communication channels, including phone calls, online interactions (such as email and social media), and face-to-face meetings.
- Conducts research to identify and evaluate potential leads for building a customer base.
- Prioritizes and swiftly addresses customers' advertising requirements.
- Collaborates with sales management and accounting to streamline sales processes.
- Strategically plans and organizes personal sales approach, optimizing time management and utilizing outbound calling to maximize sales impact.
- Demonstrates a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Provides both oral and written reports to management on customer needs, interests, competitive market activities, and potential opportunities.
- Successfully manages and meets individual monthly budget goals.
This position is Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Requirements
- Proven track record in inside sales or a related field.
