What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preschool / Pre-K Teacher position at ALC/LVMA?
We love what we do and love to have fun while doing it! Our Preschool and Pre-K teachers help our students grow, learn and have fun. With daily lessons, outside play, with varying content and themes, you day will never be the same!
There are both Full-time and Part-Time School-Age Teacher positions available. Locations are in, Emmaus, Trexlertown, Bethlehem, Fogelsville, and Easton.
Preschool and Pre-K Job expectations include:
- Providing care and education to children enrolled in our program.
- Maintaining a classroom of 3 or 4 year-olds and working collaboratively and leading or being a member of a collaborative teaching team
- Planning and executing thoughtful developmental experiences
- Documenting experiences through observation and photographs
- Weekly classroom "news" updates, parent communication and the completion of assessments and screenings
- Keeping kids active and engaged
- HIGH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
