As a QAMI SHOP FLOOR LEAD, supporting the TECHNOLOGY QUALITY TEAM, you will be trusted with assuring products manufactured are following corporate and regulatory industry standards through oversight of operational documentation, routine quality inspections, and supporting deviation investigations that occur during operations at our ASPEX MANUFACTURING FACILITY at FORT WORTH, TEXAS, (US).
In this role, a typical day will include:Performing analyses, inspection
Test of raw materials, packaging material, quantitative assays on samples, and/or finished products from manufacturing
To ensure quality standards and compliance to customer and regulatory requirements, and tolerance specifications for the chemical or physical property
Performing a variety of qualitative tests or qualitative assays on samples to aid in maintenance and certification of test instruments and apparatus to ensure compliance
Performing required inspections, checks, analysis, and documentation of studies
Preparing and monitoring quality statistics and reports
Reviewing production records for conformance to procedures
Conducting non-conformance test of manufactured, packaged, or tested product.
Evaluating non-conforming results and initiating re-sampling, re-testing, and /or hold procedures
High School Diploma or equivalent
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
3 Years of Relevant Experience
Work hours: 1st Shift - Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm
