POSITION OVERVIEW
Our Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for :
Responsibilities :
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Coordinate with maintenance supervisor and team to prioritize tasks throughout the day
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Identify and report any issues regarding hazardous conditions, maintenance needs, or safety related items
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Ensure upkeep of community appearance
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors
- Accurately complete records in Onesite regarding service requests and make-ready vacant apartment
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- EPA Type I, Type II, or Universal certification strongly preferred
- Must have valid drivers license, dependable transportation and be able to accommodate a rotating on-call schedule
Compensation details : 20-22 Hourly Wage
