We are looking for an energetic and highly responsive professional to join our team as an Associate Advisor. This individual will be responsible for assisting with servicing of clients in an investment advisory capacity and interested in learning fundamental financial planning skills. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, and analytical and have a desire to build internal as well as client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation for client meetings and participation in those meetings
- Track and document client activities and service in appropriate software
- Work directly with clients on follow-up items from meetings, or initiate and follow through on new initiatives with clients
- Analyze financial information collected from client to determine basic strategies necessary to meet client’s objectives and complete fundamental financial plans with team oversight and guidance
- Ability to take on and manage all aspects of client relationships
- Provide basic level of financial and investment advice within the Aldrich Wealth framework

Education and Experience
- 2-4 years of recent experience working in the financial services industry
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Solid understanding of personal financial planning concepts with a background in providing investment advice
- Series 65 will be required if not already obtained
- Desire to pursue additional credentials; CFP® preferred
