What are the responsibilities and job description for the ACO Reach Analyst, Remote position at Aledade?

We are currently recruiting for an Analyst to join the team. The person in this role will support the success of our ACO REACH and assist in the administration of ACO REACH program components. With the direction of the Service Model Delivery and Innovation Team and ACO REACH Program Manager, the Analyst will monitor contract performance and work with their counterparts to create actionable ways to impact performance, like creating patient-level lists for distribution to practices participating in value-based contracts. In addition, the Analyst will contribute to and drive different activities with Aledade’s Field Teams and internal and external stakeholders to achieve mutually defined goals. The Analyst must be flexible, detail-oriented, and service-oriented, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and be fluent in Google Suite tools such as Google Sheets.
We are flexible with respect to geographic location within the U.S.A. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely within the U.S.A., with occasional travel for in-person meetings–roughly 3-4 times per year for 2-3 days at a time. There are several regional office options for those who prefer to work in person.
Your Footprint:
- Participate in Service Model Innovation and Delivery team to coordinate and create actionable recommendations for our partner practices
- Collaborate with and facilitate communication amongst key stakeholders to identify contract needs and results
- Generate monthly reports and data analysis to drive improved performance
- Work with management to track key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to health service utilization, cost of care, and shared savings for ACO REACH
- Independently monitor and organize ACO REACH contract information
- Assist in the assessment of determining opportunities for reducing unnecessary costs and for promoting primary care
- Utilize Medicare reports and claims data, payer reports, 4i CMS portal, and other sources as appropriate to track key measures of ACO performance and identify opportunities to improve Aledade’s management of ACO REACH
- Partner with colleagues in Finance, Policy, Performance, and Product domains to develop and clarify business questions, think critically about solutions, and contribute to cross-departmental performance efforts
- Assist and support the Aledade Compliance Department or field team with compliance requirements for ACO REACH practices along with all internal and external audits
- Support the ACO Executive Director and ACO REACH Program Manager in other projects, as needed

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required -
- 1 years of relevant work experience
- Experience using Google Sheets or Excel as a data management tool and comfortable with formulas and creating pivot tables; Experience using Microsoft Tools

Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with value-based care contracts and ACO REACH
- Experience using Tableau, Monday.com, Mailchimp, and Google Suite
