Spring provides strategic consulting including actuarial and underwriting services to major employers, associations, and insurance and financial services organizations throughout the world. Our consulting team has extensive industry experience in areas such as risk management, actuarial, health care, life insurance, disability and absence management, employee benefits and property & casualty consulting, and retirement and pension services. In addition, the firm provides strategic consultation directly to employers on the use of captive insurance facilities in the employee benefits and property & casualty area.
Research and analysis around employee benefits and risk management topics- Data collection, organization and review against market trends
- Project management including preparing project plans, budgets, and monitoring activities
- Meeting agenda, meeting minutes and action log creation
- Client deliverables developments and providing support for client meetings
- Market research and benchmarking assistance
- New business and proposal support
- Special projects assistance and contributing as required
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimal guidance
- Takes ownership and is proactive in learning and delivering quality work
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks with strong prioritization skills
- Communicates confidently in a clear, concise, and articulate manner
- High level of responsiveness and dependability
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
