Since our founding in 1964, our philosophy of providing custom risk and benefits solutions has held firm. We are looking for energetic individuals to join our growing team in our surety area.
The primary responsibility of the Client Support Associate will be to provide administrative assistance to our Surety Department, as well as management, to assure customer services needs are achieved.
- Knowledge of the Surety Bond industry, preferred but not required.
- Learn basics of Contract and Commercial Surety (form of third-party credit).
- Collaborating with internal colleagues for various functions of the Surety Department.
- Interfacing with external partners such as insurance/surety companies and clients.
- High School Diploma.
- Customer Services related work experience, preferred.
- Preparation of Bonds and other documents as required by client contracts.
- Willingness to learn/study to increase overall knowledge of Surety.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Efficient organization and prioritization skills.
- Strong customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills.
- Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork.
- Self-starter with solid work ethic.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, as well as basic data base management.
- Intermediate typing skills (30-35 wpm), preferred.
