Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our customers in Radford, VA. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- Separates and shapes magnet wires extending from the stator.
- Operates machine stripper or hand tool to remove insulation from magnet wire.
- Wraps magnet wire onto lead wires and applies solder.
- Applies tubing around solder connections.
- Applies "putty" on lead wires to secure proper position.
- Applies varnish to the stator winding, where applicable
- Applies glue and activator by brush to stator and rotor assemblies.
- Attaches circuit board onto heat sink and applies "potting" compound.
- Completes final motor assembly.
- Tests motor performance per specifications.
- Prepares and packages final motor assembly.
Here's what you'll get:
- Pay $15.50 /Hour.
- Hours: 40 Hrs/week (1st shift).
- Length: Temp to Direct (6 Months).

- High school Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Manufacturing Operator
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
