Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our customers in Radford, VA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Separates and shapes magnet wires extending from the stator.
• Operates machine stripper or hand tool to remove insulation from magnet wire.
• Wraps magnet wire onto lead wires and applies solder.
• Applies tubing around solder connections.
• Applies "putty" on lead wires to secure proper position.
• Applies varnish to the stator winding, where applicable
• Applies glue and activator by brush to stator and rotor assemblies.
• Attaches circuit board onto heat sink and applies "potting" compound.
• Completes final motor assembly.
• Tests motor performance per specifications.
• Prepares and packages final motor assembly.

Here's what you'll get:

• Pay $15.50 /Hour.
• Hours: 40 Hrs/week (1st shift).
• Length: Temp to Direct (6 Months).

• High school Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Manufacturing Operator

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
