Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Santa Rosa, CA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Process and inspect parts.
• Clean and load parts into the coating chamber.
• Coating machine maintenance requires the ability to assemble and disassemble equipment, bead blasting, and perform target changes through physical agility.
• Perform and maintain workplace housekeeping duties.
• Able to perform in-process measurements on coated material
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Pay: $25.00 Hourly OT40.
• Hours: 4/10 - B
• Length: Temp (12 Months)

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in assembling/disassembling components
• Minimum of 2 years experience in using hand tools such as hand drills, orbital sanders, grinders
• Minimum of 2 years experience in in Microsoft office, Outlook, Excel, Word
• Minimum of 2 years experience in maths and intermediate computer operating, spreadsheet software, (Excel).

• Bachelor's Degree
• Coating experience
• Operate Coating Machines needed a basic understanding of coating technology or the ability to learn while on the job, mechanical skills, trouble-shooting skills, and the ability to follow precise instructions.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills can potentially lead to additional responsibilities within the department with troubleshooting and repairs
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to effectively communicate information in one-on-one and small group situations with other employees.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and apply changes to a process.
• Ability to adapt to change, detail-oriented, patient.
• Demonstrate basic keyboarding and computer skills for data entry, machine operation, and report generation.
• Microsoft Office experience.

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen

• The employee must frequently lift and move up to 38 pounds and occasionally lift and or push/pull up to 45 pounds.
