Join Our Team as a Traffic Logistic Coordinator
Acara has partnered with our client to find a Traffic Logistic Coordinator in Sauk Rapids, MN.
You will be assembling, testing, and performing quality with a leader in the Semiconductor and custom Machining industry
Traffic Logistic Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Inspect and verify packages, parts, and documentation (both incoming and outgoing) for quality and accuracy
- Complete inspection records and inventory transactional paperwork as needed
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to meet quality requirements
- Work as a team member to aid others in achieving quality goals and on-time delivery goals
- Pack daily customer and vendor shipments of parts, labels, packing slips, and any required documentation
- Seal container(s), weigh, and place in designated shipping location
- Contact shipping/freight companies for pick-ups as required
- Use a forklift to move materials as necessary
- Monitor supplies and utilize material replenishment reordering system
- Follow and perform assigned preventative maintenance tasks
- Cross-train and assist other areas of production as needed
- Follow all safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Here's what you'll get:
Pay Rate: $18.89 - $25.48 p/hr. depending on experience
Duration: Contract
Shift Options:
2nd (M-F) 12:00 pm-8:00 pm 10 % differential
Location: Sauk Rapids, MN
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Shipping and Receiving experience in a manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma, GED, or Vocational-Technical training
- Previous shipping and receiving experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with forklift
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift to 50 lbs.
- Experience with computer systems, attention to detail, and good work ethic
- Understanding of controlled process regulations and demonstrating safety awareness
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to change priorities quickly
- Demonstrated ability to be a strong team player
