JOB DESCRIPTION
What You'll Do:
As the Plant Manager, you will be accountable to plan, lead and manage the day to day
operations of the entire facility. Maintain and improve the Plant infrastructure, creating the
environment for developing winning capabilities in safety, service, and operational excellence,
and developing effective relationships with vendors, contractors, consultants, staff and
employees. Other duties will include:

Demonstrate and/or lead the commitment to the pursuit of achieving all Safety goals.

Direct activities in area of responsibility to attain maximum plant operating efficiency.

Manage operation within approved budget for controllable costs. Participate in annual budget process and develop budget within areas of responsibility.

Write or participate in developing annual CAPEX spending.

Maintain good personnel relations by explaining company goals and policies.

Facilitate all personnel actions as required (scheduling, recognition and reward,
discipline)

Conduct communication meetings.

Implement and maintain a Preventative/Predictive maintenance program.

Verify daily inspection of proper operation and condition of plant process and
equipment. Ensures all units and areas are kept in clean and orderly fashion (establish and maintain 5S System). Takes necessary action to correct and complement findings.

Coordinate with maintenance team to address needed repair work modifications within areas of responsibility.

Works with production and quality service departments to improve process functioning by making justified equipment modifications and/or changes.

Supports implementation and training of our ISO9001:2015 and actively participates in Root Cause and Corrective Actions.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Science, Business Management or Engineering discipline preferred

3 - 5 years demonstrated management skills in an industrial/manufacturing environment.

5 plus years (combined) in one or more of the following industries: heat treating, machining, or technical manufacturing.

Experience in Profit and Loss accounting

Good working knowledge of the Quality Assurance program and manufacturing
processes through previous experiences/roles.

Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
