The Alexander Technology Group is working with a Cyber Security Consulting Firm local to the Greater Boston Area to identify a Pen Tester Solutions Architect Team Lead to join and lead their growing team. This Penetration Tester/ Solutions Architect Team Lead will help hire ~7 people for this team, and by the end of 2023 the team is projected to have a headcount of 20. In this highly visible growth role, the Penetration Tester /Solutions Architect will be responsible for finding security flaws, using a full suite of pen testing software, as well as some manual/hands on pen testing to harden the security posture for many of the firm's top enterprise level clients. This Security engineer will be responsible for working with clients, as well as helping mentor the team, facilitating it's success and growth. This Penetration Tester/ Solutions Architect Team Lead MUST have a MINIMUM of 2 years experience with Penetration testing in a corporate environment. Strong scripting experience is also required as that will be the foundation for the the large suite of cyber security tools this team uses regularly. While this Team Lead position is looking for an experienced Security Engineer, we can also accommodate candidates who may not have leadership to join this team on an individual contributor level, experienced Security Analysts with corporate penetration testing experience looking to take the next step in their career are also encouraged to apply.

- 3 years of relevant IT/Cyber/Information security experience required
- Experience with Pen testing / Penetration testing (Red or Blue team)
- Strong scripting is a must (PowerShell or Python preferred)
- Prior experience in a professional services, consulting, or other highly regulated environments is highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure security architecture and engineering
- Must have prior experience with information security monitoring systems
- Strong writing / documentation skills
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Eligible candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, expiration or restrictions
- Must be eligible to work in the US for any Employer without restriction or expiration
