As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the implementation, development and iteration of streams of a program within the overall transformation strategy. You will be able to swiftly gain respect and effectively collaborate with the client executives and stakeholders, in order to design, execute, and lead relevant team/s in implementing multiple phases.
YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:
- Oversee implementation, delivery and closure to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget and schedule
- Liaise with stakeholders to define the scope, timeline, resources required and risk management plans
- Define clear roles and responsibilities of the participating teams
- Change existing team structures and needed processes to handle project crisis if/when required
- Lead 2 or more project streams with successful turnarounds
- Lead and improve the team performance/KPI’s to achieve the timelines and quality
- Establish and follow appropriate project governance policies
- Identify risks, prepare contingency and recovery plans in the event of project delays.
- Develop strategies to ensure efficient resources planning and allocation in alignment with the client strategy.
- Apply change management processes to manage stakeholders’ expectations throughout the lifecycle of a project
- Regional travel as and when necessary
YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- 8 years of Project management experience. Managed multiple end-to-end Project Life Cycles
- 8 years working on the System Integrator or Vendor side.
- Must have Business Transformation project and implementation experience via working with teams to focus on driving financial and operational results for our clients, behavioral changes; designing change strategy, assessing stakeholder impacts and organizational readiness, recommending and/or implementing appropriate communication, training, and behavioral change solutions, and measuring effectiveness to enhance organization, group, and individual performance.
- Experience in the framework, methodology, toolkits that are essential to a business transformation project
- Able to quickly identify project risks, prepare contingency and project recovery plans
- Ability to quickly gain the trust and respect of senior stakeholders internally and with the client
- Experienced in budgeting, scoping, scheduling and driving projects from initiations to delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills in DRIVING Internal & External parties not limit to business users, vendors, regional stakeholders and IT team.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
