Marketing Coordinator

Align is searching for a creative and driven marketing coordinator to join our team! Align is a growing firm that is involved in a wide variety of civil site design and transportation projects for public and private clients throughout Indiana. We design roads, parks, trails, businesses, neighborhoods, and more. We take pride in the work we do because it enhances the quality of life of communities all over Indiana. We work with cities, towns, businesses, developers, not-for-profits, andnatural resources to bring their visions to reality.

If you enjoy being creative and strategic, then you will thrive in this role. As a marketing coordinator, you will assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and increase Align’s brand visibility.

Regular responsibilities will include:

• Creating marketing resources, including brochures, proposals, and resumes
• Assisting with digital content creation such as social media content, website content, and email campaigns
• Helping plan company events and conferences
• Maintaining and organizing marketing data
• Learning about the civil engineering industry and Align’s business development strategy

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
• Experience with graphic design software (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
