Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

Candidate for position will be bonding various complex chassis systems using different adhesives while adhering to strict bonding procedures.  This will include applying adhesive to bonding surfaces, assembling chassis panels, and cleaning excess adhesive from all joints using M.E.K. solvent.  Candidate will be required to use precision measuring equipment, interpret blueprints and use hand and pneumatic tools.  The position will require an individual that possesses a high level of self-discipline and a strong desire for 100% quality.

• Masking bonding surfaces using calipers
• Abrading bonding surfaces
• Applying adhesive to all bonding surfaces
• Assembling chassis panels using screws and fixtures for proper alignment
• Cleaning all excess adhesive from joints

Education and/or Experience:
• Equivalent to high school education or related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills:
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Reasoning Ability:
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
