Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job Summary
ALIGN PRECISION is searching for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help with facilitating numerous needs in HR and Recruiting. In this role, your responsibilities are to create postings and advertisements for openings and utilize various digital platforms to source talented candidates. You’ll be utilizing an applicant tracking system to follow them through the entire process as well as HRIS software to aid with onboarding. To qualify for this position, you must be technologically savvy! You should also be familiar with basic office software, such as Microsoft Outlook, vendor management, and calendaring programs.
Talent Acquisition Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with various departments to assess staffing needs
- Draft and post job listings on digital recruitment platforms
- Learn or have experience with sourcing candidates
- Communicate with applicants throughout the interview process
- Forward suitable candidates to department heads
- Guide recruits through the onboarding process
Talent Acquisition Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong IT, Recruiting, and Sourcing background desired
- Recruitment, HR, or vendor management experience
- Communication and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency
- Familiarity with hiring regulations and compliance issues
