AliveCor has a Senior Director Business Development Self-Insured Employers (SIE) and Payers. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with self-insured employers and payers as well as ecosystem partners that influence (SIEs and Payers) to drive AliveCor’s growth in the B2B and B2BC enterprise business segment.

Responsibilities:

  • Create relationships with decision makers at payers, self-insured employers and/or ecosystem partners including but not limited to (third-party benefits administrators, navigational platforms, Benefit consultants, etc.) to drive sales opportunities
  • Ability to effectively manage all steps in the sales process
  • Manage sales pipeline to achieve annual AOP
  • Structure and negotiate agreements
  • Lead RFP opportunities
  • Work closely with product management, implementation, account management, marketing, finance and clinical leadership to support current offerings as well define new offerings
  • Drive awareness via active participation in industry conferences, speaking and thought leadership opportunities

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 8 years of experience in building relationships and selling into payers, self-insured employers and/or benefits administrators
  • Knowledge of economic models, payer policies and trends
  • Experience negotiating term sheets with large payers and/or enterprises
  • Executive level presentation and communication experience; ability to convey complex ideas in a concise manner
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and departments; develop relationships with internal and external executives and earn credibility as a value-added partner
  • Ability to manage complex projects, managing multiple partners and cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong bias for action and ability to span both strategic and tactical thinking
