In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions. You will work closely with clients, their families, and a team of dedicated professionals to provide the highest level of care and support. Requirements
- Master's Degree in a Human Services or related field, plus certification from the BACB as a Board- Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- In-depth knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques of ABA therapy
- Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
- Must be willing to travel to clients' homes, schools, and other community settings as needed to provide therapy and support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to identify individuals' strengths and areas of need
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and client goals
- Implement evidence-based interventions using the principles of ABA
- Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in various settings, such as homes and schools.
- Train and supervise other ABA therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with clients' families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Collect and analyze data using Central Reach to measure progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
