- Position: Service Specialist (Medical Driver)
- Hours: Full-time
- Location: Orlando, FL
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm. Some on-call weekends and evenings required.
THE POSITION:
- Schedule and make deliveries of home medical equipment (HME) to patients' homes
- Perform and instruct initial equipment set-up as needed
- Complete data entry and reports regarding deliveries and customer visits
- Develop relationships with patients, families, caregivers, and coworkers at PHS
- Assist in Warehouse duties, such as pulling tickets, receiving, and inventory

Preferred Qualifications:
- DME/Home Health or other related experience is preferred.
- Driving experience preferred
- Valid drivers license
To qualify you must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, an acceptable driving record, and one to two years of work experience, preferably in a customer service-related role. The qualified candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently. Warehouse and/or driving experience in the area is a plus.
