Description
The Account Manager will enable the organization to achieve its vision and mission by developing relationships with their assigned clients while building and coaching the team to meet clients’ expectations. The Account Manager has the overall responsibility of maintaining existing customers, accounts, and vendor relationships through high levels of customer service, while increasing business opportunities.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Review and audit the customer proposals and/or invoices to ensure proper pricing and scope to the clients.
- Follow up on the detailed reporting provided by Operations team to facilitate the completion of jobs per client expectations.
- Identify issues within work orders to create teaching moments and a higher level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and strengthen the trust and relationship with the team’s assigned clients to be second level of escalation.
- Ensure proper work order distribution to the Account Coordinators per company policy.
- Step into any team role as needed to cover any temporary deficiencies.
- Responsible for emergency phone rotation as needed.
- Oversees progress of work orders from inception to completion.
- Ensures any changes to scope of work are documented and approved.
- Manage conflict, lead, and hold others accountable.
- Creates PIP’s, performance measurements, measuring goals for team and progress.
- Reviews measurements and ensures goals set for the team are met.
- Work remotely as needed.
- Tracks time and attendance of each employee on team.
- Demonstrates a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Mentors, trains, and leads teams to increase productivity and maintain goals.
- Ensures team members are approving their time weekly.
- Assists department in other tasks, and or assignments.
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or G.E.D., Associates Degree preferred
Experience:
- The ideal candidate comes with up to 3 years of experience in retail, construction, commercial general contracting, project management, vendor management or account management.
- Able to adapt, prioritize, and meet deadlines, in a fast-paced team or independent environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with clients, vendors, and team members.
Requirements:
- Must have expert level communication skills, verbal and written skills, ability to comprehend and construct correspondence.
- High organizational skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Building strong internal and external relationships with the team, vendors, and clients using effective verbal and written communication.
- High attention to detail within a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently/ self-motivation.
- Able to work remotely if necessary/keeping productivity and working schedule.
- When working remotely taking care of his/her accounts/Monitor team Member.
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
