We are seeking LPN's for immediate shifts.
All American is flexible with scheduling and works with any availability.
Job Duties:
- Provide bedside care to patients including personal hygiene maintenance
- Record patients' vital signs (including blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate)
- Collect patient’s health information
- Relay information between patients, registered nurses, and physicians
- Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
- Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
- Monitor for changes in patients
- Proper charting, documentation, and maintenance of patient’s medical records
- Educate and update patients on medical treatments
- Coordinate any on-site medical or health care emergencies. Dispense medications and maintain a strict protocol regarding medication. Chart regarding the health and behavior of each client.
- Conduct/Assess the nutritional, medical, physical and mental functional needs of the clients during the initial assessment and ongoing as necessary.
- Responsible for completion of chart documentation, which includes but is not limited to intake information, progress notes, MD physicals, care plans and PPD information.
- Maintain regular attendance; perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited school
- LPN State License
- CPR certified

Pay: $31.00 - $32.00 per hour
