What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Recruiter position at ALL CLEAN SERVICES?
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates for various positions
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and track applicant status using HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, UltiPro, or ADP
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions
- Assist with the preparation of employment offers and contracts
Requirements:
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Experience using HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, UltiPro, or ADP
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with payroll systems such as Paychex or Kronos is a plus
Note: This is a contract position.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
