We are looking for a licensed insurance Account Manager/Customer Service Representative CSR to join our company. In order to be considered for this Account Manager/Customer Service Representative CSR position you need to meet the following qualifications.
· Job Qualifications:

· Individual must be highly dependable and punctual
· P &C insurance license: General agents, 220 or 440
· Commercial Lines Insurance Experience
· Must be a self starter with good communication skills, both verbal and written
· Need to be analytical and detailed oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment with little supervision.
. People-oriented - enjoys interacting with people and working on Insured’s business accounts.
· Applied EPIC Management System helpful but not required.
· Experience in property and casualty insurance is required

· Inside service including quoting and writing business for new and existing accounts.
· Handle and oversee account renewals, remarkets, endorsements, billing and claims reporting.
· Review accounts for current, accurate coverage and cross selling.
· Assist and provide technical support to Producers.
