All Metro Health Care, a well-established home healthcare company in business since 1955, is seeking dynamic Collector to join our Team.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting receivables from private pay clients and insurance carriers.

The applicant we seek must have:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in Medical Collections, Home Care focus a plus
  • Strong telephone skills and exceptional Customer Service.
  • Good communications and organizational skills.
  • HHAxChange (or similar web- based platform) experience
  • Denial management expertise
  • Excellent problem-solving capability
  • Efficient Multi-tasking
  • Professional work ethic
  • Mathematics/Logic skills
