All Roads Company, with 1000 employees across almost 50 locations in 11 states is searching for an onsite HR Manager to join our team in Dundalk, MD. This is a fast-paced environment where you can make an immediate impact! You will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, OSHA, workman's comp, auto accidents, performance management, policy implementation, and employment law compliance. Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years prior experience, strong Excel skills and a PHR or SHRM-CP.

- Performs positive and timely customer service functions by answering employee requests, questions and proactively finding solutions. Paycor/UKG experience helpful.
- Ability to handle employee relations issues independently and in a timely manner.
- Reports, maintains and monitors all workers’ compensation case files.
- Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed.
- Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Flexible start time within regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
