What are the responsibilities and job description for the Key Holder position at All Star Elite?
We are looking for a responsible Key Holder to help make sure our St. Louis Premium Outlets (MO) is opened and/or closed properly, and to assist on our salesfloor with all customer service matters. The ideal candidate will be a great team player, complete all tasks in a timely manner, and always have a welcoming and accommodating attitude.
Typical responsibilities:
- Arriving early to open the store and start preparations for the day.
- Properly closing the store once business hours are completed.
- Greeting customers with a friendly & courteous attitude
- Communicating current sales and promotions to all customers
- Helping customers find the merchandise they wish to purchase
- Resolving any customer concerns or complaints
- Maintaining cleanliness of the storefront and sales floor
- Ensuring merchandise is properly stocked, displayed and/or folded
- Working as part of team to meet sales goals and cover busy/peak hours
Job Qualifications:
- Demonstrated Retail Experience, preferably as a Keyholder
- Presentable demeanor and friendly nature.
- Diligent and responsible attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Salary : $16 - $17
