A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ACCOUNT SERVICES SPECIALIST
As an Account Services Specialist, you will perform all client invoicing duties, including the creation of bulk orders, order tracking, and the submission of invoices. You are also responsible for researching and responding to client invoice queries. You will perform time-sensitive point uploads and complete corresponding invoicing. You'll work closely with the Account Director and other members of the sales support team to review the setup of new client programs, and you will be responsible for creating the internal SOPs for client invoicing and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software would be a plus. Are you a self-starter who can work independently? Can you work with confidence in a fast-paced setting? Do you have exceptional communication skills? If yes, you might just be perfect for this administrative position!
WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time position follows a schedule of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, which includes a 30-minute lunch break.
