What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preschool Teacher position at All Stars Early Learning Center?
Looking for full time EXPERIENCED teachers for our Learning Center. We are looking for teachers to take wonderful care of our toddlers and preschool age children.
Our core values are: willing to go the extra mile to make sure kids feel valued, important and loved. Patiently responding to children's needs throughout the day. Our teachers need to be able to professionally nuture and genuinely care about each child under their supervision.
This person also needs to be able to prepare and implement lesson plans to actively engage children in creative play and learning. Each classroom has a daily schedule that is followed.
Only candidates who have worked in a licensed facility will be interviewed.
In general at our center, we are looking for people who are not just "keeping" children but care about their well being, their confidence levels, their individual personalities and are willing to get to know each child in their care so that they feel cared for. We want people who creatively understand how to discipline by explaining to children the WHY of kindness and acceptable actions - not just a "no." or "stop that!" Coming alongside and helping little humans understand the "why" goes a long way to empower little people to feel validated. We want to be their "family" when their family is not able to be with them while at school.
PLEASE NOTE: We need staff who are able to be ON TIME and CONSISTANT in working their schedules. As you know, all centers work under a state mandated ratio and we adhere to those guidelines.
