ALL-STATE LEGAL is seeking an experienced project manager to provide Customer Service and Sales Support for in-house production and out-sourced printing and engraving work.
Individual will work directly with Inside and Field Sales Reps, brokers, designers and customers keeping all informed of job progress and issues that arise. Manager will interface with all areas of manufacturing, attend production meetings, customer conference calls, press checks, suggest alternatives based on possessed technical product knowledge and consult with sales and customers.
Additional responsibilities include ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate as job goes through the plant and communicate changes that could affect content, billing, scheduling and delivery.
