Concierge

Looking for someone who is Vibrant, Energetic, Flexible, and willing to work 4 days per week, 4 hours per day from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on the following days Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, and some Holidays. Must be willing and able to cover other Concierges during PTO/request days off. Computer and filing knowledge required. Must be able to present a positive and professional image through actions and personal appearance at all times. Must be a team player, and must be willing to positively interact and help with other departments.

Must be willing to do and pass Drug tests, TB tests, and Physical and Criminal Background check/fingerprint prior to hiring.

Concierge

SUMMARY of Duties

The Concierge is responsible for greeting visitors, arranging tours of the property, answering a multi-line telephone and providing clerical support to the administrative staff.

WorkExperience Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a related position, preferably in long term care industry, is desired

Educational Qualifications

• A High school diploma or equivalent is required
