AllCaregivers is a licensed provider of in-home care, providing community based services for elderly, disabled, and those in need of assistance with activities of daily living.
We are currently seeking a full time, detail oriented Staffing Coordinator. Hours are 8am- 5pm Monday thru Friday with a 1 hour lunch break.
Limited medical benefits available.
Duties include but not limited to :
- Scheduling
- Client / Employee intake
- Policies and procedures adherence
- Employee training
- Maintenance of medical records
- Drug Testing
- Data entry
Required skills :
STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS A MUST!
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Excel
- Strong telephone and interpersonal skills
- Friendly customer service
- Problem solving
- Organization and record keeping
- Time management & cost reporting
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Ability to pass a background screening and drug test.
