What Matters Most

To excel in the role of Full-Time Project Manager at Allcon Roofing, candidates must possess 2-3 years of supervisory/project management experience in New Construction with a focus on steep slope roofing and shingles. Experience with metal roofing would be an advantage. In addition to work experience, a successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of delivering total customer-centric qualities, with impeccable customer service skills being a non-negotiable requirement. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and time management skills are essential. Additionally, applicants should have a working knowledge of mechanical drawings, the ability to read specifications and plans, and the capacity to handle various responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Knowledge And Skills Required For The Position Are

• At least 2-3 years' Supervisory/Project Management experience in New Construction with a focus on steep slope roofing and shingles.
• Metal roofing experience an advantage.
• High School Diploma or technical diploma preferred.
• Proven understanding and deliverance of total customer Centric qualities
• High level of problem-solving ability with a strong emphasis on managing difficult customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Superior communication and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of mechanical drawings with the ability to read specifications and plans.
