Overview
Job Summary:
Allegis Corporate Services is looking for a Logistics Analyst to work in the Corporate Travel and Meetings department. The analyst is responsible for managing global projects and technology support.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Manage and maintain technologies within the Travel and Meetings department
- Design, develop and manage implementation plans for operational processes and automation to integrate into a cohesive Allegis Group Travel and Meetings program
- Assist Compliance Group with duty of care & expense policy enforcement
- Consult on how to implement online booking or profile management tools in compliance with centralized reporting requirements
- Collect Travel and Meetings spend data to collaborate with Director and Global Travel Manager on negotiations of global deals
- Analyze and implement technologies to improve travel and meetings operations
- Consult with internal and external partners - analyze monthly travel spend, cost-savings opportunities & best practices
Qualifications
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
- At least 5 years experience as Project Manager and/or Technical Support
Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent global business acumen
- Ability to work with upper-level management
- Strong communication skills
- Must be detailed oriented and organized
- Multi-tasker
- Corporate agility with goals and objectives a must
- Microsoft Office experience (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
- Travel and/or meetings experience a plus but not required
