- 4/10’s, 4 days a week with 10 hours shifts. 40 hours per week.
- Schedules are built out 2 months in advance.
- One weekend day per month and one holiday per year

While performing the duties of this job the employee regularly works in an office/clinic setting, are as follows:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Recruiting for a clinic receptionist that we refer to as, Patient Service Representative (PSR). You will have the opportunity to work with a varied team including doctors, nurses, medical assistants, and corporate management.
Primary Responsibilities:
The PSR role is an integral part of the Allegro team that works with patients and their families to address needs and concerns including but not limited to:
- Greet patient families checking in for pediatric primary care appointments
- Use of online communication program to: communicate with scheduled patients via text, send forms for visits, collect co-pays or account balances
- Use of phone systems to schedule appointments as needed and take messages for physicians/nurses
- Monitor tasks in our electronic health record software
- Troubleshoot issues with appointments or general account questions
- Restock supplies
- Process, distribute, and scan correspondence and reports that arrive via mail, and fax
- Must preserve and protect patient confidentiality
- Promote atmosphere of patient care and customer service excellence, respecting patient rights, confidentiality, diversity, and developmental needs
Desired Skills:
- Working with Genesys, Phreesia, Intergy, Zoom, Microsoft Teams
- Familiarity with HIPAA
- Medical clinic and/or prior front desk/customer service experience, but not required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communications skills with a diverse population of customers and coworkers
- Professional work appearance and ability to comply to the dress code
- Ability to work at least one weekend day a month and one holiday per year
- Must communicate in a positive and calm manner
- Must be proficient in computer navigation, task management and working with several software programs at the same time . Including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Zoom, etc.

- Background check
- Drug testing (includes marijuana)
- To uphold safety for all employees and patients, we continue to require vaccination status for all new hires, including remote or hybrid schedules, at time of hire and annually
- Initial COVID vaccination series
- Current COVID booster, and annually, or as newly released
- We require flu immunizations at time of hire and annually
- Various other immunization requirements that we can discuss during your interview
- All employees are currently required to wear a surgical, KN95 or N95 mask at all times while in a clinic or admin locations
Salary : $34,100 - $43,200
