Summary:
The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating, and executing IT projects to meet identified business needs and deliver business value, through acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills. The It Project Manager will be accountable for all aspects of successful on-budget and on-time project delivery of the projects assigned. This role will utilize skills within Project Management, Risk Management, Benefits Management and Change Implementation Planning and Management. The IT Project Manager will collaborate with a range of stakeholders including business managers, service providers and suppliers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all aspects of the project lifecycle, adhering to the Project Delivery Framework (PDF) methodology and other standards.
- Precisely capture business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements, including health, safety, security, usability, data, and supportability considerations.
- Translate business requirements into functionality and assess the risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impacts of various solution options.
- Assess and model processes, data flows, and technology to understand the current value and issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create clear documentation to communicate requirements and related information; keep updated to align with the solution over the project lifecycle.
- Ensure traceability of requirements from business needs and requirements, through testing and scope changes, to final solution.
- Create acceptance criteria and validate those solutions meet business needs through defining and coordinating testing.
- Ensure that the business value intended by the work is explicit, agreed and delivered.
- Travel according to business needs

Education and Experience:
- Have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis.
- Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or a related study.
- At least 3 years relevant work experience.
- Healthcare industry experience desired
