Tax Relief Paralegal

We are looking for self-motivated, high-energy case managers to join our team. Our headquarters is located in Tustin, CA, but we are also looking for remote candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES

As a paralegal, your job is to be the primary point of contact between the client and the Tax Professionals working on their files for resolution. This includes but it’s not limited to:

• Using our software to keep track of and obtain various forms, documents and records from our clients, to be submitted to Tax Professionals;
• Manage a heavy load (250-350) of clients and their files;
• Communicate with clients and Tax Professionals, in a helpful manner with a priority on customer service
• Assist clients with completing IRS forms
• Constant phone and email follow up (contacting every client at least once every 2 weeks)
• Submit a minimum of 15 closes per month for case closure/resolution.
• Grasp and become proficient on IRS and state tax knowledge

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 year working as a Tax Paralegal, in Tax Resolution, Tax Preparation or IRS experience
• Proficient and easily adaptable to custom software and computer systems
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Passionate Customer Service skills
• Work in a fast paced environment

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS

• $18-22/hr depending on experience, plus bonuses
