Position Overview: At Allevio Care, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care to our patients, many of whom are seen primarily in-home. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented House Calls Coordinator to join our team. House Calls Coordinators play a critical role in ensuring our doctors are efficiently scheduled to meet the needs of our in-home patients. As a key member of the scheduling team, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing daily routes, interacting with patients over the phone, and providing excellent service to both patients and clinical staff. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily schedules for doctors to ensure efficient routes for in-home patient visits.
  • Communicate with patients to schedule and confirm appointments, address inquiries, and reschedule visits as needed.
  • Work closely with clinical staff to accommodate patient needs and adjust schedules as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of schedules, appointments, and patient information.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service, maintaining professionalism in all patient and team interactions.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive and flexible approach to changing needs.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
  • Previous experience in healthcare is a plus.
