We are rapidly expanding due to the addition of our newest Fortune 500 Client, and we are looking for a results-driven Communications Assistant to join our team. The Communications Assistant will support the Communications Team and serve as a liaison for our client and their customer base. This position is an integral part of connecting the products and services of our client to potential consumers.
Primary Duties:
- Communicate internally with all departments to develop a cohesive message that will resonate with the target audience
- Conduct high level conversations with Upper Management
- Present and communicate the benefits of our client’s products and services to the general public
- Engage with potential customers and build relationships to insure customer retention
- Participate in classroom training sessions to obtain in depth product knowledge
- Offer feedback and suggestions to colleagues and supervisors to contribute to the overall success of the campaign
