Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. The approximate range for this position will be $60,000-$70,000 base yearly salary.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supports Operations Managers as a Project Manager
- Conduct onsite field testing – Proven competencies with wet chemistry and instrumental sampling methodologies through standardized written and practical exams
- Train Project Scientists on field procedures, test methods, calibrations, etc. using standardized training materials
- Consistently demonstrates the ability to supervise/delegate and keep personnel productive
- Supervises and reviews equipment calibrations for pitots, control modules and nozzles
- Delegation of tasks to Project Scientists. Preparation of the test team for the scope of work prior to mobilization.
- Serves as the company’s in-field representative to interface with clients and regulatory personnel
- Ensure quality data collection and submittal by required deadlines by working with the technical services group.
Requirements:
Education – Must have High School Diploma. AS or BS degree preferred (Science and Engineering related fields ideal)
Experience – Must have at least 1 year of experience leading stack testing projects in the field. Project Management experience to include, client interface, safety leadership, data collection, quality initiatives and timely deliverables to the clients.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Specific knowledge of instrumental and wet chemistry equipment operation, troubleshooting and calibration required. Good verbal communication skills (Internally and with Clients and Regulators) with professional appearance and behavior. Maintain positive attitude with ability to work well in groups and desire to achieve goals and grow into higher positions of leadership. Ability to work safely in a work and office environment, operate an Aerial Lift from the platform or deck and willingness to work at elevated heights on stack platforms up to 300 feet.
Certifications - Valid driver’s license. Qualified Individual (QI) groups 1 or 3 credentials at minimum
Physical Requirements - Flexibility to work 40 hour week as well as some nights and weekends. Consistent standing or walking, bending, crouching or stooping, climbing ladders and/or stairs, frequent lifting of objects weighing up to 75 pounds. Distinguish between shades of color
