Full-Time Customer Relationship Representative- Mortgage Retention (Work From Home-Remote)

PAY: $15.00/hour

HOURS: 40 hours per week (Hours of Operation: 8:00am – 8:00pm)

KEY FOCUS: AllianceOne Customer Relationship Representatives engage with customers through the mortgage modification, disposition and additional assistance as needed.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS POSITION IS BYOD (Bring Your Own Device)

· All interested applicants are required to provide their own computer for this role

· The Talent Acquisition team will discuss any specific equipment requirements with interested candidates during the interview process

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist Customers with available foreclosure prevention alternatives to resolve their delinquency

· Provide customers with peace of mind knowing that they have an assigned Case Manager, and their counterparts, to assist them through the retention and liquidation process

· Assist customers with required document collection to move through the loan modification process

· Collect and monitor customer payments

· Initial liquidation options when applicable

· Keep the customer informed of the status throughout the process

· Answer customer questions about their account
