Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team of a large national insurance company:
- Manage a high volume, shared email inbox
- Handle requests via email and phone from sales reps and brokers
- Update records in various computer systems including Salesforce
Successful candidates will be customer service oriented, well organized, and tech savvy with the ability to manage multiple software systems at once.
