Working under the guidance of the Manager, Business Solutions Management within the Quality Management Center of Excellence leads the design and implementation of continuous process improvement projects to generate added efficiencies and quality results for both internal and external clients. Uses extensive knowledge of business practices and product lines to identify and prioritize process improvement efforts. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Project Management (40%) Manage Scope Manage Schedule Engage Key Resources Document desired outcomes Document actual outcomes Support Operational Processes (30%) Identify responsibilities, needs and goals of each department Understand process impact to clients, sales representatives, and service representatives Communicate clearly and in a timely manner with all concerned parties Support Business Solutions Management Department Goals (10%) Participate in Team Meetings Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals Project Prioritization (10%) Align workload with the business need Assist with the evaluation of potential projects to identify business impact Identify and propose additional efficiency initiatives related to business need Support a Culture of Quality (10%) Guide others through due diligence efforts Provide tools and practices to support continuous improvement Align with the Quality Management Mission to support our business partners in producing quality products and service Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA): 4-year business management – related degree or any equivalent combination of education and experience Business Process Management or Six Sigma certification preferred 5-7 years of related experience The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
