At Allied Title & Escrow, we believe that the home-buying process should be a celebration, and we are currently seeking a ROCKSTAR closer to join in the fun! You will be responsible for conducting residential real estate closings in our Houston office. You will occasionally be called upon to travel to nearby locations to conduct remote real estate settlements as well.

A great Closer will review and ensure the quality and completeness of documents before and after the closing, working closely with our team of Escrow Officers, post closers, and attorneys.

The ideal candidate is a team player, a diligent problem solver, and naturally possesses a client-service attitude.

Requirements:

• One year of title-related settlement closing experience
• Must be a Notary Public in Texas
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to resolve matters quickly, thoroughly and equitably
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be dependable, punctual, pleasant to work with
• Must be able to work full time in the Galleria

Preferred But Not Required:

• Licensed Title Agent
• Familiarity with Qualia
• Bilingual in Spanish, French, or ASL
• Bachelor’s degree
