Regional Account Manager!

The Regional Account Manager candidate must have applicable skills to service existing accounts and develop new clients within the region.  They must also be proficient in communicating the Allied Compliance and Investigations' message in a professional manner to clients, potential clients, and other employees.  The Regional Account Manager must be able to meet or exceed all established regional sales goals, budgetary requirements, and productivity goals. The perfect candidate for this role will be a self-starter, detail oriented, have strong computer and analytical skills, and very strong verbal and written communication skills. 

 

 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Meet/exceed sales targets for the Market.
  • Provide positive impact on the overall Sales and Revenue of the business through the closing of new accounts/prospects
  • Provide superior customer service to local claims offices and staff.
  • Conduct client presentations and training
  • Conduct in-person sales calls to clients and potential clients
  • Proficiently to learn and utilize all electronic tools as required
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all times during employment; never compromising the company’s core values of integrity, morals, values or code of ethics
  • Establish solid business relationships with all key accounts within the Region for client retention and additional business leads/opportunities
  • Be an entrepreneurial force in the marketplace to drive growth
  • Be engaged in the insurance claims market through associations, conferences, and other claims related organizations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience preferred, additional experience may be substituted for formal education
  • Sales and/or technical experience within the insurance and investigative industry strongly desired
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required, as well as Outlook 365
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Communicate effectively and professionally; verbally and in writing
  • Follow written and verbal instructions
