The SOC Command Analyst is responsible for reviewing, tracking and remediating potential security incidents and compliance
issues across the enterprise. The Analyst will manage communication efforts providing guidance, exercising judgment with
defined procedures and frequently interacting with customers, internal partners, peer group leaders, vendors and Security
Management to properly respond and execute their duties. The SOC Command Analyst must be detail oriented, have a strong
aptitude in communication, writing, and analytical thinking when responding to events, as well as having a team first mentality.
Daily responsibilities will focus on threat monitoring and delivering security related training through a variety of security
systems and tools. This person must be able to effectively comprehend data and compose clear and effective communications
that will have a global audience.

Starting Pay Rate: $23.56/ hr


Key Responsibilities:


All responsibilities of a Security Officer, as well as:
• Exercise good judgement with defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action(s).
• Analyze multiple sources to determine threat
• Produce timely, situational analysis reports for Client and AUS managers
• Utilize open Sources to determine threats and vulnerabilities
• Utilize application(s) to analyze and manipulate data related to SOC operations
• Collaborate with external teams, Clients and AUS Managers, and cross-functional security partners to evaluate and
develop reports
• Interact with customers, internal partners, peer group leaders, vendors and Global Safety and Security Management to
properly respond and execute their duties
• Evaluate global incidents that may impact employees or offices and escalate accordingly to security management and
subsequently to other business units within (HR, IT, Legal, Facilities, Sector leaders, etc.)
• Work on issues where analysis of situation or date requires review of relevant factors.
• Able to communicate with Senior Security management on matters related to global incidents, operational issues and
critical situations.
• Communicate, track, document and report progress on projects/initiatives and areas of responsibility
• Support global team members in the delivery of Security based products and services
• Work with the Global Safety & Security team to develop improvements and training of the overall SOC operations and
security posture
• Interface with Client Managers to ensure proper function of systems, tools and reports
• Some travel may be needed for training, site initiatives, or client request. (5%)


Additional Responsibilities:


 Monitor high risks areas where money/ technology/ intellectual property or proprietary information is stored and tracks
the movement of material between facilities.
 Monitor and dispatch personnel to investigate alarm activity, reported incidents (e.g. cctv systems, access control,
intrusion detection, medical, fire, bomb threat)
 Maintain professional business relationship with investigative personnel, maintenance, and business support units.
 Identify and assist in the reduction of nuisance alarms.
 All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-4 years of Military, Law Enforcement, or civilian intelligence experience
• Microsoft Office
• C-Cure Access Control System
• Travel Tracking Software
• Tableau experience
• Security and SOC operations experience
• Experience with incident case management systems


Additional Qualifications:


1. Must be at least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
2. Must have a high school diploma or GED.
3. MUST BE A United States Citizen and able to be cleared to at least the Secret Level
4. Negative result on pre-employment 5 panel drug screen.
5. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for officers posted to those sites with a security vehicle.
6. Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standard
7. Neat and professional appearance.
8. Friendly and professional demeanor.
9. Ability to provide quality customer service.
10. Must have strong interpersonal skills for phone and face-to-face interactions with departmental, corporate, and external
personnel.
11. Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively at client site.
12. STRONGLY PREFER at least one year of security experience that is comparable to BAE Systems environment (Class
A office)
13. Must have met all requirements for employment from all authorities within all jurisdictions where that individual will
provide services
14. Must have met all requirements for employment as a Security Officer from all authorities within all jurisdictions
where that individual will provide services
15. Ability to communicate effectively in the English language both orally and in writing at a high school level
16. Must be literate to the extent that s/he is able to read and comprehend printed instructions, written orders, written
procedures, and training instruction at a high school level
17. Must be able to compose written reports which convey complete information utilizing adequate sentence structure,
composition, and rules of English grammar at a high school level
18. Must have the ability to use a computer and various office and security-related software. Must possess skills necessary
to operate BAE Systems software and hardware in performance of their duties.

19. Must be physically able to accomplish his/her assigned work, which includes but is not limited to, walking, extensive
use of stairs, standing, patrolling, assisting disabled person, responding to emergencies, etc. with or without reasonable
accommodation
20. Must not have been removed from any Allied Universal location at the request of any of Allied Universal’s clients for
any reason.
21. Must not have been removed from BAE Systems location for any reason while employed by any previous security
service provider.
22. No criminal convictions as specified under Allied Universal guidelines.
23. Successful completion of Allied Universal’s Security Officer Basic Course exam and BAE Systems pre-training materials.
