As a Security Flex Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more. A Security Flex Officer acts as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions and detect and report suspicious, unsafe or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts, which may be a threat to the property, clients, guests or employees at the site.

$16.50 / hour

Must Have:

Valid Florida Driver's License

Required to work for multiple client locations; covering special projects, call offs, vacations and open shifts

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Required to work for multiple clients at multiple locations; covering special projects, call offs, vacations and open shifts
• Must be available to work any time and day
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently

• Valid Florida Security Class D License or Willing to Obtain

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
